QIAGEN (NASDAQ: QGEN; Frankfurt Prime Standard: QIA) announced that it has entered into an agreement to supply molecular sample and assay technologies for a new national, PCR-based blood screening program for HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) in Brazil.
