Begin eating lots of fruit and vegetables, especially in their raw condition. The sugar that you get from the fruits will help to keep you going but it will not generally be adequate to feed the yeast infection and keep it flourishing also. Since you will be using up the sugar that’s in the food for energy, the yeast will eventually die and return to its standard condition.
