HPV (genital warts) and pregnancy.?

I've read that the type of HPV that causes Genital Warts goes nuts during pregnancy. I hear the warts grow and become extremely vascular. Does anyone here have any stories? Horror stories or happy ending welcome.. Please help!

When i was 36 weeks (i'm 37 weeks now) my doctor gave me my medical records in case I went into labor and when I looked at them I found out that I tested positive for HPV in 2005 and in 2006 I had low cell cervical dysplacia. I went nuts because I had no symptoms and no one ever told me that I had an abnormal papsmear and I had a healthy baby last year in June and I'm due to have a baby any day now. So, I'm assuming, that unless your doctor tells you other wise, you should be okay.
