HPV/Genital Warts?

I've had HVP (Genital Warts) when I was younger. It has affected my cells, but I have a pap smear every year. I haven't had an "outbreak" for about 7years, but I know it is still possible for me to have it.
I'm in a lesbian relationship, I rarely use toys and when I do I use a condom. And I know contracting it orally is rare.
Okay, I'm trying to ask this without being too graphic… If my partner were to touch me and then touch herself, is there risk of her getting it?
I think that is possible if you actually had a live wart. About 1 in 2 people contract this is their lifetime…it's not that bad so don't worry!
