I have HPV… can I still get oral while I don’t have an outbreak?

I recently found out that I have HPV (Genital Warts) and even though I've gotten a lot of questions answered there's one that's been on my mind. Can I still get oral from my partner while I don't have an outbreak? I've only had an outbreak once (that's how I found out I have it) but what I'm mostly worried about is.. if my partner gives me oral will he get warts around his mouth? (I don't know if he's the one who gave this to me in the first place… I haven't talked to him about this just yet…)

You can receive oral sex. Just use protection when you do. Apply a lot of lube to yourself. Then cover your genitals with a sheet of plastic cling film. Then he can go to town.
