Men CAN show symptoms of HPV, but not always. It's the same with women.

It can take several months and even years to show any signs or symptoms of HPV, like genital warts.

Your boyfriend might have the virus and is just not showing any symptoms of it. He might develop genital warts later on, or he might never develop them.
