PLEASE HELP!! I think I have HPV (genital warts)?

Okay, so I've got 5 bumps around my vagina. They are not "in clusters" and they do not look like the pictures on the internet, although I know those are the most severe cases. I noticed them about 3 or 4 weeks ago. One has gotten bigger, none of them have gone away, they are flesh colored, they do not hurt at all, and sometimes they itch… A few minutes ago I peed and when I wiped there was blood, and when I looked closer, I noticed the biggest bump was gone. It bled really bad for about 5 minutes, and it's still bleeding a little. It didn't hurt at all and it still doesn't hurt. I've tried to avoid shaving/touching them. Also, I have white discharge, not a lot though. I had a doctor's appointment today and I was going to get them looked at, but apparently my insurance is "inactive" as of last month. So do not tell me to go to the doctor, I've already tried that. As soon as I have time, I'll go to a free clinic, so don't tell me that either. Don't lecture me on safe sex – condoms do not prevent HPV from spreading. I have safe sex, I've been with my boyfriend for 8 months. And I've never seen anything like this on him before. We have not had sex since I've seen these bumps. And he knows about these bumps. If anyone knows what this is or might be please let me know. THANK YOU
