STD’s and dating: When should you tell someone you are dating you have an STD?

I was infected with HPV (Genital Warts) by ex-fiance (he cheated on me). It's been a couple years since I was diagnosed and am thinking about returning to the dating game. When do you think it's an appropriate time to tell someone you are dating that you have an STD?
