HIV, herpes, syphilis, hepatitis can be determined by a blood test.

HPV is usually determined by visual (warts) or a pap/dna test on the female. There is no way to determine if a man has high risk hpv since there is no test.

Gonorrhea, chlamydia can be determined by pee or swab.
