Will low-risk and high-risk HPV transmit the same in the next person?

For instance, if a person performs oral sex on a woman with low-risk HPV (Genital Warts), will he develop warts around his mouth or just his genitals or any at all?

Or if a woman with high-risk HPV (cancer-causing) transmits it to someone else will this person, too, have high-risk HPV and could potentially develop cancer?

Yes, it is correct. The person exposed will get the same type of HPV virus. One correction: HPV is site specific. Genital types are best transmitted to genital tissues; regular skin types are mostly found
on the body and not on genitals. High risk genital type mostly affects cervix and men do not usually suffer any consequences
