Fla. Antiabortion-Rights Advocates Petition For ‘Personhood’ Ballot Initiative In 2010

Antiabortion-rights advocates in Florida on Friday filed a proposal to amend the state constitution to define someone as “person” “from the beginning of the biological development of that human being,” the Tampa Tribune reports.
