Panic Attack?

Are you aware panic attack symptoms often find slowly and build over a period of time ?

Do you ever feelafraid, uneasy with a flavor of dread and anxious thoughts that you just cannot explain. Has the problem started growing over a period of time and you fear it is about to get out of hand. Are you experiencing physical symptoms like lightheadedness and shortness of breath, maybe a rapid pulse rate.

These and many other similar feelings are common for many of us. They may start from an event or an appointment you have a very long way down the road or they may come on suddenly from some unexpected situation beyond your control . The uneasy feelings could even be there for no apparent reason, an ever present heaviness that doesn’t go away .  A devistating panic attack may not be very far away . There are numerous fears and phobias and unnamed conditions that go into the category of panic or anxiety attacks that I intend to look for here in the future.

The details of some of the fears people have may seem trivial , or illogical, or just plain crazy, but if you are the one with this kind of problem it’s no laughing matter . Many single lives and many families are destroyed by trying to cope with panic related conditions. Help is available and it comes in assorted forms, including drugs, therapy, or self help courses. But your start step is admitting you need assistance and then doing the research into your specific type Panic Attack Symptoms.

Knowledge can be the best weapon sometimes and knowing you are not the only one affected can be comforting in ways that you never realised. Life is too short to be missing some of the best times of your life because of these fears.
