Anal laser surgery for HPV?

I've had HPV Genital Warts since december. I have an odd case. I don't have any warts on my vaginal area..just up inside my anal area. I've tried everything to get rid of them..they always come back. I started off with the acid treatments inside my anal area..but the acid never worked for me.TWO weeks ago I had laser surgery up inside my anus. I've been going through horrible pain.I can't make any bow movements becuz the pain is that bad. Not to be graphic but when I go to make a bow movement it feels like I'm giving birth.It's seriously that bad.(imagine taking a shyt with ur butthole burned off..that's wat laser surgery is) I've developed a horrible fear of going to the bathroom over the past couple months. I get bad cramps..to the point where I can't move for a couple minutes becuz I'm holding it all in. When it wants to cum out..I get too scared of the horrible pain so I hold it in. I can't even sit on the toilet seat becuz I know that if I do..It will want to come out..but the pain is way too much. I have a very high tolerance for pain…but not in that area. I have a couple questions. How long will it take for the warts to return After laser surgery? What can i do about this pain down there and not being able to shyt?? The doctor has put me on milk of magnesia and a stool softener..but that's not working for me.ANy suggestions???
