Can you get warts in your hands when you have HPV?

my last papmear was "abnormal" I had it done again and did several test because the doctor thought i had HPV (Genital Warts) but after several test, they said everything is ok. My hands itch from time to time and I nocite a little dot, I wonder if its a wart and if its because I did catch that thing after all… does anyone with HPV has warts in their hands?
Genital warts and the kind on your hand are two entirely different strains of HPV. They aren't related and they can't transfer between.
