I have a friend who has HPV genital warts?

she has made little comments on how she can only spread her std if she hs an outbreak which i know is not true right?? well she says a guy can carry it and giv eit to another girl , and it really makes me angry because she will have sex with a guy and not even tell them she has it . she expects because she used a condom its ok . it really gets me angry because i mean these guys can spread it to their g/f's or anyone they have sex with. and she said the guys have no symtoms is this true???
i dont' want to hurt her feelings but i really get so angry and want to scream at her she can't have sex with someone and NOT tell them she has an STD !!!!! it pissed me off
ok last comment about the one chick.. your only mad becaus eyou have one and iuts your fault you didn't use protecion and have unprocted sex with some random guy … it is required by law to tell poeple you have an STD and if you get rejected well oh well its selfishness !
ANDDDDDD you dont' need an outbreak to spread it you spread it no matter what contact you have !!!! not so educated when you have an STD yourself!!
